FAQS

How do you clean LetsGoNotes?
Easy: with a little water and the kitchen washing up liquid.
How do we erase what we write?

With your super tentacle amigo , that is to say, with one of your little fingers. Or if you prefer, to not get the ink on your hand, use the built-in eraser on the top of the pen (my colleagues at the occupational centre make it).

Where can you put LetsGoNotes?
On any smooth, non-porous surface. No, not on your grandmother’s stippled wallpaper

Can you stick them on glass?

Yesssssss.

And on wood?

Sí, mi siel@.

On something metallic?

Alsonnn

Can you fold LetsGoNotes?

Well, there is no law of physics that prevents you from doing so, but if you do, you’ll break them. So NO, don’t fold them.

How do you make the initial tab to use the LetsGoNotes properly?

It’s simple: first you make a small fold in the right corner, and then you remove the protector with your fingernail.

Can I write on the white part of the LetsGoNotes?

No problemo, amigo.

Where can I put the marker with the suction cup?

On your LetsGoNotes or on any smooth, non-porous surface (No, not on the stippled wallpaper!)

Can I use other markers different from the ones that come with LetsGoNotes?

You can, but if you want our advice, just use ours. Not only because they use natural inks, but also because they are made in the occupational centre of the San Francisco school in Vigo, which employs people with intellectual disabilities. That must have convinced you.

Can children use LetsGoNotes?

Of course they can! Children will enjoy them more than anyone else in their games and learning.

And how does this work?

We could give you a summary, but as your time (and ours) is precious, here it is explained in detail.

Can you buy replacements?

What kind of question is that?! Of course you can. Boutique

Are there different formats? Can I customise LetsGoNotes?

Can you order your burger to your liking in a burger joint ? Well, it’s the same with LetsGoNotes. You can choose from among several different formats, and if you can’t find exactly what you want, you can do a Sinatra and do it yooour waaaay

Are there special colours?

Remember the hamburger we told you about? Well, there you have your answer: YES! As many as you want!

Are there discounts for large orders?

Of course there are! Just get in touch with us over here and we’ll give you all the details.

What do I do with the protector, can I throw it away?

Well, like everything else in life, it’s relative. Keep in mind that the function of the LetsGo protector is to prevent you from saying “Aagghhh, how dirty!” when dust and fluff get stuck to it after use. So our recommendation is that you keep at least one to put on the last one in line when you pick them up in a pile. Hey, like it’s OK if you don’t keep the protector, except that you’ll have to wash your LetsGo more often. It’s up to you.

How do I tidy up the LetsGo after my game of Agile?

So that you can play with your colleagues again another day, all you have to do is pick up the LetsGo and put one on top of the other inside the box (it’s as simple as that, buddy). Close the lid and it’s off to the shelf!!! Until next time!!!!

Tip: if you want to finish off the job, always keep a protective cover at the bottom of the pile; this will not only prevent lint and dust from sticking to it, but it will also save you the water you would to use to clean it.

Why doesn't it stick on the painted wall?

Because your grandmother’s bumpy textured wall breaks the vacuum generated by our microsuction cups. So it is impossible for LetsGo to stick (like glue).
It’s very important: the wall has to be smooth
